If you place your order before 1pm on a weekday it will processed and collected from us on that day. (except for during the holidays)

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it.
Use your included pre-paid label and drop it off at the Post Office. Make sure you get a receipt/proof of postage.
£3.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return postage cost.
